Travel grants 2010

SSI will give 50 stipends of 500 € each for going to the joint SSI and Baltic Immunological Society meeting in Tallinn, Estonia 2-5 June 2010.

 

SSI will give 40 stipends of 1500 € each for going to the ICI meeting in Kobe, Japan, 22-27 August 2010.

 

Abstract and travel grant application deadline is February 22, 2010

 

You are eligible to apply if you are:
1. Student or post-doc up to 5 years after your PhD
2. Member of the Scandinavian national society (both year before and year of meeting)
3. Actively presenting a poster or giving an oral presentation (thus, if your poster is not accepted the travel grant will not be paid).

Evaluations and decisions are made by the SSI council, after recommendation of the national representatives of the council.  Priority will be given to applicants early in their immunological career. If there are more applications than travel grants priority will be given to applicants being first authors of their abstract.
